The title of the Lowell George film isn’t clear in your linked article. My life was actually better because I had Little Feat albums to listen to in the Dark Ages of the 80s and 90s, then the collapse of civilization in the 00’s.
I was playing in a funk band in 1980, and a woman came up to the stage as we were starting a break. She said "it's good to hear a band that can count to 4!" We started talking and I asked her who was her favorite band and she said Little Feat. I replied that's my favorite band. We had both been at Lowell's last show in Detroit before he passed away. We have been married for 42 years.
