Savoy Brown is another one of those kind of bands- guitarist Kim Simmonds was the only one who stuck through all through the personnel changes because he owned the rights to the name.

I was playing in a funk band in 1980, and a woman came up to the stage as we were starting a break. She said "it's good to hear a band that can count to 4!" We started talking and I asked her who was her favorite band and she said Little Feat. I replied that's my favorite band. We had both been at Lowell's last show in Detroit before he passed away. We have been married for 42 years.
