Brought back memories. Worked at McDonald’s just west of gatley stadium on 103rd. Closed summer nights at 11, didn’t get out till midnight and walked home. 4 of us would walk together stand on a corner and Bs when we went different directions. Must have been a two mile walk, never even gave it a second thought 😎
My first job was for Ziggy, in 1966. His daughter Mickey and I were classmates at Fenger. My duties included watering and fertilizing his tomato plants in between running the putt-putt course. At one point he accused me of stealing ( which I wasn’t) and my mom made be quit. 😊
